I’m from New York; nowadays I live in Thailand. I grew up super involved in sports – basketball, soccer and softball – but my asthma always held me back from competing at higher levels.
In my early 20s, I was introduced to Yoga (something that didn’t trigger my asthma). I fell in love with Yoga’s focus on breath and controlled movements, which proved to be as challenging as they were beneficial for me.
I became a Certified Yoga Teacher after 500+ hours of training and since then, I’ve taught 100s of classes all around the world in spots like NYC, Costa Rica, Greece, Spain, and Thailand.
For the last three years, I’ve been training Muay Thai in Thailand alongside and under the training of my pro fighter husband, Sean “Muay Thai Guy” Fagan. In that time, I’ve found a unique way to integrate Yoga and Muay Thai – a method I’ve passed on to many of my fellow fighters who use it to develop better body intelligence. My style focuses on alignment and function with a distinct blend of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin.
