Life still goes on after baby.
It doesn't always feel that way, though, does it? Sometimes it feels like you've been swallowed up by the "Mom" role, and everything is just so demanding of your time, energy & focus.
I'm a big believer in the old adage that you must "fill your cup first." But as a new mom, your caring energy is stretched in so many different directions that your cup always seems to get filled last.
I've designed this 12-week program based on how I reclaimed my fitness and inner strength after the birth of my son. When I needed to shed some weight and tone some muscle, my Muay Thai workouts were there for me. When I needed to reconnect with my purpose, Yoga guided me through. It's with this in mind that I've carefully crafted the next 3 months of your life -- pure empowerment & a rekindling of what it means for you to be you!
